Highly Portable Power Cleaning
Standing in contrast to heavier, more involved gas-powered pressure washers, the redesigned Worx Hydroshot Ultra brings battery power to your around-the-house cleaning projects. By combining two 20V Li-Ion batteries with a brushless motor, the new-and-improved Hydroshot delivers 725 PSI from a unit that’s not much more involved than a garden hose attachment.
The 40V Worx Hydroshot Ultra incorporates an external motor pump into the high-pressure hose system. It takes some of the weight off of the handheld wand to reduce fatigue and improve control. You still have more weight in your hand than with a traditional pressure washer wand, but it helps.
The 2 x 20V system features two operating modes. In Low, you get 425 psi for cleaning windows, screens, sliding door tracks, and other lighter-duty jobs. The High setting delivers 725 psi for washing down decks, patios, vehicles, gutters, siding, and the like. It features an innovative 4-pattern spray nozzle that rotates to adjust between 0°, 15°, 25°, and 40° settings.
The Worx Hydroshot Ultra only uses 1.1 gallons per minute when attached to your garden hose. However, you do have the option of drawing from a standing water source as well. Using the included 20-ft. accessory hose, you can draw from buckets, lakes, pools, whatever. The accessory hose features an adjustable float that acts as a bobber to keep the intake from reaching sandy or muddy bottoms.
