Meet the New Klein Pocket Knives and Utility Knives
Tough new designs and features specifically for the electrician are what the new line of knives from Klein is all about. The Klein Pocket Knives include 5 models, all equipped with 440A stainless steel blades, dual thumb studs for one-handed opening, and a pocket clip. The expansion also includes a wide range of utility knives including two new designs and three existing knives with improved features.
Pricing isn’t available yet since the Klein Pocket Knives and Utility Knives haven’t hit store shelves yet. We expect the knives to be in the $30 range and the utility knives to be around the same range of current models. Like everything we’ve seen from Klein, these new cutting tools are designed around the needs of the professional tradesman.

Klein Assisted Open Camouflage Knife (44140)
The Klein 44140 Assisted Open Camouflage Knife is constructed with a black finish, Tanto-style blade point, and spring assisted opening. Dual thumb studs make it easy no matter what your dominant hand is. Realtree Xtra Camouflage designed nylon handle with rubber grip and TPR over-mold gives it an attractive, secure grip.

Assisted Open Tactical Knife (44141)
The Klein Assisted Open Tactical Knife features a black aluminum handle with rubber grip and TPR overmold along with spring assisted opening. It also has Lanyard hole that allows knife to be tethered safely to prevent loss of knife or injury from dropped knife.

The Klein 44130 Auto-Loading Folding Retractable Utility Knife offers auto-loading blades with quick release button for faster and safer blade changes. This model has internal blade storage for up to 3 blades.

Self-Retracting Utility Knife (44136)
The Klein 44136 Self-Retracting Utility Knife incorporates a wire-stripping notch. Its blade auto-retracts fully into housing when slider is released to meet new OSHA standards. Standard utility blades #44103 and #44101 can be used as replacements. For greater visibility, the model is designed with yellow handle.
