Kreg Jig K5 Master System Set to Launch in September

Many forum threads have been debating the Kreg Jig K4 Master System vs. the standard Kreg Jig K5 Pocket Hole Jig. There are fans of both, but the trend is clearly toward the K5. With the master system option making its way to the K5, we expect many new users to make the jump. The Kreg Jig K4 Pocket Hole Jig received a 4.5 rating from reviewer Adam Spafford back in March. The system was so good that I don’t think we’ll see current K4 users lining up to make the upgrade until they actually need a replacement. In fact, I’ve seen more than one fan suggest that folks be on the lookout for K4 Master Systems to go on sale leading up to this launch. No matter which way you go, it’s clear that Kreg has developed a well loved system among woodworkers that need an easy to learn and use pocket hole jig system.
