Now that we’ve got some really solid jobsite radios on the market, the current trend seems to be headed towards dedicated auxiliary speakers. Entering this relatively new sector is the Milwaukee M12 Wireless Jobsite Speaker. The newest in jobsite entertainment will run on any of the Milwaukee M12 RedLithium batteries for up to 25 hours. There’s no cord option with this one, so you will have to invest in the M12 battery system. Since I already am in the M12 battery family, adding the Wireless Jobsite Speaker will be a no brainer.
The Milwaukee M12 Wireless Jobsite Speaker can connect to your device in two ways. First, it has a standard 3.5 millimeter auxiliary port. You’ll need to proved your own cord for that feature. Likely the more popular way to connect is the Bluetooth capability. In addition to these connection options, the M12 Wireless Jobsite Speaker also features a USB 2.1 amp charging port.

Tom referenced the small size, and small it definitely is. It’s less than six inches tall and 4 inches wide while weighing in well under 2 pounds. The main speaker is just 2 inches in diameter and the speaker has an integrated bass port. Using a 4.0 amp hour battery will get you up to 25 hours of run time. You’ll need to expect less if you’re also charging a device off of it. Milwaukee promises excellent sound quality from this compact package and you can bet that we’re anxious to find that out for ourselves!
