Makita 12V Max CXT System to Welcome Brushless Models
The Makita 12V Max CXT System came out with a slide style battery pack and ushered in a season of focus on 12 volt tools for Makita. The next generation is here, along with new brushless models. For this line, the focus is all about compact, ergonomic design and available extended capacity batteries.

The new cordless tools are available in kits with 2.0 amp hour batteries and charger or as a bare tool. A 4.0 amp hour battery is available for the Makita 12V Max CXT tools if you need extended run time. All of Makita’s lithium-ion power tools, batteries and chargers come with a limited 3-year warranty.
