Included with all of the kits is a magnetic bit holder that is really quite useful when using fasteners that contain ferromagnetic (they’ll be attracted to a magnet) metals. The majority of fasteners that you’ll come across wanting an impact driver for are #2 Phillips Heads, so you’re well taken care of there. The Hammerhead Impact Bit 30 Piece Kit includes most of the common bits you’ll need around the house, garage, and shed. You’ll get a couple of flat head bits with this one. You’ll also get several star bits (officially called Torx bits) that are useful around automotive, bicycle, and computer applications. This set also comes with the belt clip bit holder for the two inch bits. The one inch bits are organized in labelled sleeves.

You’ll get all four bit types in the Hammerhead Impact Bit 45 Piece Kit that you find in the 30 piece kit, but with a few more sizes and more of some sizes. The 45 piece kit comes in a case that has a holder that will store 6 of your bits at the top and another 6 at the bottom. The opposite side features a tackle box style storage area. It contains 6 loose storage spaces and a locking cover to keep them in place. The box has a sliding lock to keep the two sides securely closed during travel.
Personally, I like to keep my bits organized by size and style. The case just doesn’t have organization for that level. However, this is a nice option for my tool/tech backpack where I keep my go to hand tools and a 12V drill/impact driver kit.
