Ryobi Adds Wet Dry Option to Handheld Vacuum Lineup
Just in time for spring cleaning, Ryobi is releasing the PCL702 18V One+ cordless wet dry hand vacuum. According to Ryobi, it’s the industry’s most powerful wet dry hand vacuum.

While this Ryobi cordless vacuum is somewhat timid at 23 CFM, it’s the eye-popping 40 inches of water lift that really got our attention. By prioritizing high water lift over CFM, it’s better at picking up heavier debris, such as nails, screws, and water.
Having a cordless handheld wet/dry vac is nice and it’s the accessories for the PCL702 that make it easy to clean those quick messes. The crevice tool reaches tight spaces, and the dust brush cleans more delicate surfaces. There’s also a squeegee to help clean liquid messes and an adapter that the other three pieces connect to.
These accessories help the Ryobi PCL702 perform well on a variety of surfaces where other handheld options are more limited.
For dry messes, you can hold up to 3.3 cups of debris. As with most wet/dry vacs, the wet capacity is less at 1 cup.

The Ryobi PCL702 One+ cordless wet dry hand vacuum is set to release in the spring of 2022. Expect the bare tool to retail for $59 in-store at The Home Depot and $99 for the kit online. It also comes with a three-year limited warranty.
