The Ryobi FVH64K foam cutter lets you cut, shape, and shave a variety of foam materials. It features a rapid heat-up, reaching full temperature in under two minutes. You can also set your heat output levels between two settings— 300°F on low and 520°F on high. Pushing the power button lets you toggle between heat settings.
This tool is part of Ryobi’s USB Lithium lineup, so recharging is as easy as removing the battery and plugging it into the included USB-C charging cord.

This foam cutter includes three tips to give you tons of crafting potential. The hot wire tip lets you carve, slice, or shape foam for applications like upholstery and furniture up-cycling. The precision engraving tip allows you to add texture or carve patterns into your foam piece. Lastly, the holing tip is ideal for cutting out shapes or holes into foam and styrofoam.
There are two other tips that you can purchase separately: the scooping tip and the blade tip.
Changing out your blade tip is also super simple and there are no tools or collets to mess around with. All you have to do is wait for the tip to cool and pull it off. Then simply attach your desired tip by pressing it in until it’s locked in place.
