We’ve written a lot about Acme Tools, but this week we received word that they’re expanding the Acme Tools corporate headquarters, adding new offices to support their e-commerce business growth. That’s something we’re excited about as it offers more opportunities for great tool deals.
This week held the announcement of a planned expansion of its current corporate headquarters in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The project includes a newly constructed addition that will feature a new entrance, executive offices, board room, a large employee training room and a new employee lunch room. New offices, conference rooms and open work areas will also be added as well as remodeling of the current corporate offices.
The design of the new spaces focuses on the needs of Acme Tools corporate employees providing the environment, technology and comfort required to increase efficiency and productivity. The expansion increases the size of the corporate headquarters building to 15,000-square-feet.
Acme Tools employees will attend manufacturer training and company training programs in the new 35-person training facility. Specifically designed to provide a unique learning environment for employees, the new training room will also integrate advance training technology.
The project also repurposes previous warehouse space to create new parking spaces and new green space.

Construction on the Acme Tools Corporate Headquarters remodel and expansion began late last year and is scheduled to be completed September 1, 2015. The new corporate headquarters building is collocated with the Acme Tools store and Acme Rents in Grand Forks. One of Acme Tools’ goals with this project is to expand their corporate presence in the area while helping revitalize North Washington Street in Grand Forks.
