Milwaukee Brings Women-Centric Clothing Items to its Workwear Lineup
Men make up the majority of trade workers, so it’s natural that many workwear brands offer mostly male-styled clothing and gear. However, in industries like construction and other demanding trades, there are plenty of women joining the workforce year after year. Starting in 2025, Milwaukee is catering to women in the trades with a new line of jobsite apparel. I’m looking at the Milwaukee women’s workwear lineup to see what solutions it offers to meet the needs of women on the jobsite.
Milwaukee Women’s Workwear – Overview
While this isnt’ Milwaukee’s first time offering women’s clothing, until now the women’s lineup consisted of M12 heated gear only. While this is great for withstanding cold winter jobsite conditions, the new collection offers essential workwear including pants, shirts, and pullover hoodies specifically for women on the job.
These new additions feature convenient elements like anti-odor and moisture-wicking technology, reinforced pockets, and comfort-fit waistbands. Plus, they’re tailored to fit
Milwaukee Women’s Shirts and Hoodies
For women’s shirts and hoodies, Milwaukee is expanding the FreeFlex and GridIron collections. GridIron material offers 3X the protection against abrasion and tearing compared to 12oz cotton duck, and FreeFlex technology lets you move without restriction, with no break-in period required.
Here’s a rundown of the new shirts and hoodie entering the Milwaukee women’s workwear lineup:
- Women’s GridIron Pocket T-Shirt (F451)
- Women’s FreeFlex Hybrid Work Tee (F452)
- Women’s GridIron Logo Tee (F453)
- Women’s FreeFlex Pullover Hoodie (F251)
These shirts are available in several different colorways, in sizes ranging from XS to 2X.
Milwaukee Women’s Pants
There are also two new women’s pants being added to the women’s lineup. GridIron technology makes another appearance in the Double Knee Jogger Pants, designed for extended life in rugged conditions. This material provides reinforcement in high-wear areas and pockets at the front, back, and right leg.

At the time of writing, Milwaukee offers six women’s workwear items, ranging in price from $22.99 to $79.99. You can find them at your preferred Milwaukee retailer starting in January 2025.
