Milwaukee has been in the PPE business for quite a while and their hard hats are no strangers when we’re on a jobsite. There’s always room for improvement and with a line of updated Milwaukee safety helmets, they’re addressing those areas.

Updated Milwaukee Safety Helmet Big Deal
We’re talking hard hats and safety helmets, so of course, safety is the biggest deal. By encompassing both top and side protection across the entire line, they offer better protection than top-only designs. The line consists of both Class C and E options within the Type 2 range.
The other side of the hard hat coin is comfort. Milwaukee safety helmets have a padded suspension system with a ratcheting adjustment. For your comfort and everyone around you, they have an anti-microbial sweatband and helmet liner designed to prevent odor and bacteria. They’re machine washable and replaceable.
For those of you used to Milwaukee’s hard hats, they’re keeping the Bolt accessory system in play on these helmets as well. If you haven’t tried the Bolt system yet, there’s no time like the present.
What Milwaukee Says
“With more than half of fatal work-related traumatic injuries resulting in falls, workers are becoming more aware of the dangers of slips, trips, and falls. For that reason, there is a growing trend in helmet adoption by general contractors and sub-contractors because helmets offer side protection whereas traditional hard hats only include the top of head protection. Unfortunately, some helmets on the market today often sacrifice safety for comfort and style (and vice versa). With our new Safety Helmets, you don’t need to make that trade-off, as they provide a high level of both safety and comfort.”
