The Wait Is Over— You Can Now Pre-Order This M18 Brushless 4 1/2-inch Cut-Off Grinder
The Milwaukee 2686-20 Brushless 4 1/2-inch Cut-Off Grinder has been on our radar since the brand announced it, and now it’s finally available for pre-order.
This tool features a brushless motor that works in tandem with your M18 5.0Ah RedLithium battery (sold separately) to give you up to 80 cuts in 1/2-inch rebar per charge. For blade speeds, you can expect up to 11,000 RPM at the top end. A paddle switch lets you control your speed and the no-lock design of the switch ensures safety and comfort.
As part of the M18 system, it delivers the power and runtime you need for a full day of cutting and surfacing applications.
This grinder maintains a compact size, at 12.25 inches in length, and weighs 4.6 pounds with an XC5.0 battery attached. Its 5/8″-11 spindle also ensures easy guard adjustments while making it fully compatible with most common grinder accessories on the market.
You can now pre-order this tool at Milwaukee retailers for $149 as a bare tool. It starts shipping in April 2023, so make sure you get your order placed ahead of time!
