Sound Quality
The Milwaukee 2954 jobsite speaker features a 3.75-inch woofer, and a high-frequency tweeter, giving it a full range of sound. Compared to many of the speakers I’ve used in the past, the Milwaukee 2954 has excellent sound quality and a surprising amount of bass. There was a little bit of distortion at peak volume, but other than that, it produced a very clean sound across a range of music genres.
Bluetooth Connectivity
This speaker is equipped with Bluetooth 5.3 which provides up to 200 feet of range, which is pretty impressive for a Bluetooth speaker. During my testing, I was actually able to control and connect to this speaker from a distance of 320 feet with a direct line of sight. Now that is impressive!
Audio Link
One feature we really love is that you can pair this speaker with over 200 other Milwaukee devices, creating a larger sound experience. To pair the speakers, turn on the first speaker, connect your device to Bluetooth, and then press the Audio Link button. Next, turn on the second speaker and press the Audio Link button. A tone will play, and the second speaker to indicate that it successfully paired, and the light bar will display the volume level of the host speaker.
