Check out the newest Bosch tools including the latest drills, impact drivers, rotary hammers, and accessories. Recent Bosch tool reviews include the Bosch CORE18V battery, Bosch 18V Connected angle grinder, and Bosch 12V cross line laser. We also cover Bosch accessories and their entire lineup of 12V, 18V, and 36V power tools. With Bosch tool reviews, we focus on their strengths—including OSHA-compliant concrete dust removal. The Bosch VAC090A Dust Extractor remains one of our favorites and came in 3rd in our dust extractor shootout. Bosch has a good track record of making tools that perform well. Additionally, they also make tools with great ergonomics. Their batteries have some of the longest shelf lives we’ve experienced among manufacturers. Hands-on Bosch Tool Reviews The following tool reviews include Bosch tools and accessories from every category. If they make it, and it’s a key tool, we’ve likely given it a hands-on tool review.

Bosch released a new tool this summer – one that wasn’t merely an improvement on an old idea or a tweak to some existing designs. It was revolutionary and it grabbed our attention. The GSL 2 Surface Laser is a new type of laser leveling device that uses dual angled self-leveling lasers to mark both peaks and valleys on floors, be they concrete or any other material. No, for concrete guys this is going to be a no-brainer purchase. We’ve used it and the tool is clearly going to appeal to anyone who has to deal with this common issue on a regular basis. In a sense I’m giving away our conclusion up front, but let’s explore the tool and see how it works and what exactly it does. By the end, whether you lay wood flooring, vinyl, tile or are a concrete guy, this a product you’ll want to pick up in order to save time and money.
Earlier this summer we got a chance to go hang out with the folks at Bosch and check out some of their new tools. While the power tools were fun to play with, we didn’t want to leave out the new accessories we learned of as well. Roger Amrol, president of Bosch’s accessories division in North America, announced the availability of several new accessories for the company this year. What this preview focuses on, however, is concrete. For this, Bosch rolled out lots of new products, but the most innovative of these were the BlueGranite Turbo Carbide Hammer Drill Bits. These bits are the same BlueGranite you’ve come to love and use, but Bosch did something different with the shank.
In the past we reviewed the Bosch SN350-20F Framing Nailer, and the Bosch FNA250-15 15 ga Angled Finish Nailer. Now, the company showed us its latest pneumatic nailer product – and this one is really perfect for the avid woodworker. The Bosch FNS138-23 Pin Nailer has a zero nail dry fire lockout mechanism. If ever a nailer needed dry fire lockout, it’s the pin nailer. Designed to shoot nails with an almost invisible footprint, it’s likely you won’t realize you’ve run out of nails until something falls down that you thought was secured. With the way Bosch designed this nailer, you only get locked out when all the bails are gone and you can load up a couple new clips of nails without losing any along the way.
