Now, they’re starting to include more lifestyle and comfort products to make life on the jobsite a little easier. Today, I’ve got my hands on the latest Hilti Nuron Cordless Jobsite Fan to see what it has to offer for our Pros in the field.

Hilti Cordless Jobsite Fan Performance

Hilti Cordless Jobsite Fan
  • Max Air Flow: 650 CFM
  • Air Speed: 10 mph (measured at 5 feet)
  • Runtime: 7 hrs, 43 min. (with B 22-170 battery)
  • Motor Type: Brushless

Blowing Force

As Hilti’s first cordless jobsite fan, I must say they’re coming out of the gate pretty strong. The brushless motor churns out up to 650 CFM, and we clocked a top air speed of 13.8 mph point-blank, and 10 mph from 5 feet away. This level of airflow is perfect for small offices and workshops because it moves enough air to keep you cool without feeling overbearing or disruptive.

Air speed control dial

Although we didn’t measure an exact decibel reading, I must admit that this fan is exceptionally quiet. Even on full blast, I was able to maintain a normal conversation volume in our office without feeling the need to raise my voice.

Runtime

Hilti tells us that you can expect all-day runtime with the recommended B 22-170 battery. Our testing yielded a total runtime of 7 hours and 43 minutes on full blast. This is a huge benefit for our Pros out there, especially since this fan does not feature an alternate power source, such as an AC outlet.
