In four simple steps, users can build their ideal workbench. First choose the frame, then the work surface, storage module and finally, the accessories. Here’s how the online app breaks it down:

Choose from an eight-foot frame or six-foot frame in either red or black. Craftsman’s workbench frames are constructed out of steel and feature large leveling feet and a two-inch high metal backsplash. Choose from eight-foot or six-foot medium density fiberboard, butcher block, bamboo or stainless steel, depending on the user’s preference and desired look. The eight-foot medium density fiberboard work surface (#14963) retails for $99.99, butcher block (#14965) for $159.99, bamboo (#14964) for $229.99 and stainless steel (#14966) for $249.99. The six-foot medium density fiberboard work surface (#01496) retails for $79.99, butcher block (#14961) for $129.99, bamboo (#14960) for $199.99 and stainless steel for (#14962) for $219.99. - Step 3: Select Storage Modules
Add shelves or drawers to the left or right side to maximize space. You can also add drawers or shelves to both sides on the eight-foot workbench. Choose from a five-drawer module, a three-drawer module or a three-shelf module, each available in red or black. The drawer modules each feature full-extension ball-bearing drawer slides to provide optimal drawer operation. The five-drawer module comes in red/black (#10133) and black/platinum (#10139) and retails for $199.99. Choose an eight-foot or six-foot backwall or door kit to further accessorize the workbench. Each black metal backwall attaches directly to the workbench frame and includes pegboard piercings, a fluorescent work light and six-outlet power strip. The door kit fits over the shelf-models to provide keyed security and features a back cover for dust protection. The eight-foot backwall (#14944) retails for $199.99 and the six-foot backwall (#14943) retails for $139.99. The door kit (#14953) retails for $49.99.
