Altoz TRX 766 i and XP 610 RDi Zero Turn Mower

Altoz zero-turn mower

When you’re talking about commercial equipment, Altoz is a brand that should be at the top of the list. Indeed, I’m well familiar with the group’s lineup, which is rather extensive. This includes their fleet of zero-turn mowers, and, more specifically, the Altoz TRX 766 i and XP 610 RDi zero turn mower models. Both will hit dealerships in 2025, but, as always, PTR has the info in advance.

Whether or not one of these models deserves a spot on your trailer is up to you. So, here’s a rundown of their performance and design features to help you decide.

Altoz TRX and XP Zero Turn Mowers Performance and Design

Altoz TRX 766 i

Altoz TRX 766 i

Driving the Altoz TRX 766 i zero turn mower is a Kawasaki FX EFI 38.5 hp engine and a high/low ZT-5400 Hydro-Gear commercial transmission. According to Altoz, this setup should deliver speeds of up to 10 mph. That’s not the fastest model out there, but it’s right in line with the lion’s share of the competition.

The TRX also has a 14-gallon gas capacity to minimize downtime.

Another notable feature on this zero turn mower is Altoz’s TorqFlex front suspension, which utilizes a limited travel design and greaseable wheel and caster bearings. Furthermore, a new drive sprocket system powers a completely new TerraFlex track with heavy-duty drive links. Altoz reinforced all of it with steel cables encased in vulcanized rubber, making it virtually impervious to sharp objects and stretching.

The Altoz TRX 766 i zero turn mower also features a high-back suspension seat with armrests. You can tailor the seat positioning thanks to its 12-way adjustments: lumbar, weight, and tilt.

According to Altoz, the XP 610 RDi is based on the XP HD zero turn mower platform, featuring a rear discharge deck.

At the heart of the XP 610 RDi is a Kawasaki 852cc FX EFI engine. This power plant generates 29.5 HP and features electronic fuel-injection for easy starting. Together with the Hydro-Gear ZT-4400 hydrostatic transmission, this duo achieves speeds of up to 11 mph. That’s a shade faster than Altoz’s TRX 766 i zero turn mower.

And, like its sibling, the XP’s tank has a 14-gallon capacity.
