Toro Zero Turn Lineup Grows in 2025 With the Newest Titan Max
If your property is on the larger side, a riding mower can make quick work of tackling lawn day. Toro is known for its riding mowers, and its Titan lineup represents the high end of its residential line. Within that line, Toro Titan Max 60-inch zero turn mowers blur the line between residential value and Pro quality.
The Titan Max series is growing with the addition of the latest Titan Max 60-inch zero turn mower (76606). I’m looking at what Toro did differently with this model and how the Titan Max lineup delivers a premium mowing experience.

The Toro 76606 is the newest addition to the Titan Max zero turn mower line and is powered by a 23HP Kohler engine with a 747 cc displacement. For blade speeds, this model reaches up to 17,852 FPM. This mower features an upgraded Pro-grade transmission that propels you forward with maximum force and speeds up to 9 MPH while mowing and/or transporting.
While this mower sports the same 23-inch rear wheels as the other Titan Max models, it has 13-inch treaded castors instead of slicks. The addition of tread in the front helps you maintain traction and straight lines on slopes where you would otherwise be fighting to keep the front end from slipping. This change makes the 76606 the best choice out of the lineup for mowing bumpy, uneven terrain.
As with many ride-on mowers, you can set your mowing heights between 1.5 inches and 5 inches to achieve the perfect cut on a variety of grass types. Additionally, for creature comforts, a 20-inch gaming-style operator’s seat with armrests keeps you cozy while you work.

The Toro Titan Max 76601 has a feature set similar to the previous entry, powered by a 747cc 23HP Kohler engine. Its blade speeds are slightly quicker, reaching top levels of 18,908 feet per minute. Like the other models in the Titan Max series, this mower reaches ground speeds of up to 9 MPH.
The 76601 features 23-inch heavy-duty rear wheels, although, unlike the 76606 model, the front castors are non-treaded. This makes it ideal for flat, even lawns. However, being the same price as the previous entry, the treaded wheels on the 76606 are a nice upgrade for no extra cost.
Mowing heights for the 76601 are the same as the rest of the series, ranging from 1.5 to 5 inches. There’s also a slightly larger 23-inch seat with armrests to keep you comfortable while you mow.

The 76602 Titan Max Havoc stands out from the other entries in the lineup thanks to its array of limited-edition features. It’s equipped with two-tone aluminum alloy wheels and a unique, stylized paint job. Unlike the two previous models in this list, the Havoc also has LED task lights on the ROPS bar, making it ideal for those who usually mow in low-light conditions, like in the evening or early morning.
For performance, this model features many of the same benefits as the rest of the lineup. Its 26HP Kohler engine has a displacement of 747 cc, and the blades spin at up to 18,908 feet per minute. You can set your deck height between 1.5 and 5 inches and your ground speeds up to 9 MPH.
Like the 76601 mower, the Havoc edition model is equipped with 23-inch rear wheels and 13-inch front non-treaded castors to help you navigate a variety of terrains.
