Exmark Commercial 30 X-Series: 2025 Upgrades

Exmark Commercial 30 X-Series with Caster Wheels

The change is simple—it’s a switch from fixed front wheels to 360° caster wheels.

As a commercial-grade 30-inch mower, the dry weight on the Commerical 30 X-Series is around 185 pounds. Even if you haven’t used a model in this line before, you can imagine how much muscle it takes to push down on the handle to lift the front wheels up and pivot every time you turn.

With 360° front caster wheels, all you need to do is turn. You’ll experience less fatigue while you’re mowing and you gain better maneuverability at the same time.

The front of the deck has a different design to accommodate the 9 x 2.4-inch caster wheels, but the rest of the mower is largely unchanged.

As the flagship model in the line, this mower uses the Kohler CV200 engine for power. The smaller Kawasaki FJ180V is still available on other versions of the Commercial 30 X-Series, though.

Look for the caster wheel model to be available beginning in Spring 2025.
